Our refund and returns policy is valid for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
– Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
– Items returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be sent to you once we receive the returned item.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
